Day 3: Continuing with healthy food
Day 3 Breakfast:
Two boiled whole eggs, 5 almonds, 1 orange and 2 garlic cloves (good for fighting cholesterol)
Day 3 Lunch:
Salad. Lots of veggies. Dal. No rice. No chapati. Pic below
