Happy with the process

Good workout sessions in the past few days....

  • Strenuous workout: 1 hour
  • Swimming: 45 mins to 1 hour (25-30 Laps)
  • Walk and/or Weight Training: ~1 hour in evening
  • Also following healthy diet (low carb and moderate protein)

Not looking at the weighing scale but am happy with the process.
