Inconvenience Fee - II

Dear Sir/Madam,

At the outset we apologize for the delay in answering your mail and the inconvenience caused.

With regards to your email, as the flights were cancelled by us, full refund is applicable including the Convenience  Fee we apologize for not processing the refund along with your e-tickets.

Please allow us to mention we have processed a  full refund of Convenience  Fee INR 315.00 back on the credit card.

This process usually takes ten days. We request you to kindly check with your issuing bank.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

So they admitted their mistake and are refunding the money. Feeling proud of myself that I did not let it go :)
